JOI RYCHELLE
As an Embodiment Coach to Male Entrepreneurs, Joi Rychelle shows men how to reclaim their time and live a whole, healthy, and fulfilled life.
Joi utilizes strength and mobility training as well as embodiment practices like mediation, yoga, and mindset coaching to lead her client through deep transformational work. Allowing her clients to attain their peak performances in both professional and personal settings.
Her professional background includes studying in Mysore, India where she earned her RYT 200hr teacher training in Hatha Yoga from Ayur Yoga Eco Ashram. She also has a meditation, stretch/recovery and functional yoga anatomy education to her skills.
Joi is a dedicated teacher that embodies all that she teaches. When she is not serving others you will find her dedicating time to her boxing workout, her meditation and yoga practice, pursuing her love of knowledge by reading and researching things that inspire her, and spending quality time with friends and family.
